Gin Cucumber and Mint Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 cucumber, peeled and cubed

1 sprig of fresh mint

1/2 lime, juiced

2 ounces gin

club soda

Instructions:

In a blender, blend the cucumber and mint. Strain out the pulp and mix with lime juice and gin. Pour over ice and top with club soda.
