Hugo Elderflower Cocktail

Ingredients:

1.5 oz gin

.75 oz elderflower liqueur

.5 oz fresh lemon juice

.25 oz simple syrup

club soda

Instructions:

1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

2. Top with club soda and stir gently. Serve immediately.
