Originating from Cuba, the Libra cocktail is a delicious mixture of rum, citrus juices, and sparkling wine. It’s perfect for enjoying on a hot summer day!
To make a Libra cocktail, you’ll need:
1.5 oz white rum
.35 oz fresh lime juice
.35 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
3 oz sparkling wine
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, and shake well. Strain into a chilled glass, and enjoy!
