Licor 43 is a Spanish liqueur made from 43 different herbs and spices. It is typically enjoyed straight up or on the rocks, but can also be used in cocktails. One of our favorites is the Licor 43 Horchata Cocktail.

To make the cocktail, combine 1 ounce Licor 43, 1 ounce white rum, 1 ounce almond milk, and 1 ounce simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass.
