Beetroot Cocktail

Ingredients

1 Beetroot

1 Orange

1 Lemon

30 ml Vodka

30 ml Gin

30 ml White Rum

30 ml Triple Sec

30 ml Cranberry Juice

Orange peel for garnish

Instructions

1. Peel the beetroot and cut into small pieces.

2. Squeeze the orange and lemon juice and set aside.

3. In a shaker, combine the beetroot, vodka, gin, rum, triple sec and cranberry juice.

4. Shake well and strain into a glass.
