Garden Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 sprig fresh rosemary

1 sprig fresh thyme

1 oz. gin

1 oz. Lillet Blanc

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

1 oz. simple syrup

Preparation:

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the rosemary and thyme with the gin.

2. Add Lillet Blanc, lemon juice and simple syrup, and fill the shaker with ice.

3. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.

4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or thyme.
