Ingredients:
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1/4 cup rye whiskey
1/4 cup Cognac
1/4 cup absinthe
1 twist lemon peel
Instructions:
1) In a glass, dissolve the sugar cube in just enough water to cover it.
2) Add the Peychaud’s bitters and stir to combine.
3) Pour in the rye whiskey, Cognac and absinthe.
4) Add a few ice cubes and stir to chill.
5) Garnish with the lemon peel twist and serve.
