Smoked Scotch Cocktail

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Scotch whisky

.75 oz sweet vermouth

.25 oz dry vermouth

1 dash orange bitters

1 dash angostura bitters

1 strip orange peel

1 cherry

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with the orange peel and cherry.
