Elderflower cocktails are all the rage right now and for good reason. They’re light, refreshing, and perfect for summer. One of my favorites is a St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur Cocktail.

To make this drink, you’ll need:

1.5 oz gin

.35 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur

3 oz club soda

Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass.
