Slow Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz gin

3/4 oz dry vermouth

1 dash orange bitters

1 orange twist

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.

3. Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the oils, and discard.
