Ingredients:

-1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

-1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese

-1/4 cup prepared cocktail sauce

-1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

-1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

-1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
