Drambuie is a Scottish liqueur made with whisky, honey, herbs, and spices. It’s often enjoyed on its own, but it can also be used to make cocktails. Here are some of our favorites.

Drambuie Sour

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Drambuie

1 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass.

Drambuie Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Drambuie

1 sugar cube

2 dashes angostura bitters…
