Matcha Rum Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz. white rum

.5 oz. matcha

.25 oz. simple syrup

1 oz. lime juice

club soda

Instructions:

1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the white rum, matcha, simple syrup and lime juice.

2. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

3. Top with club soda and stir well.
