How to Make Prawn Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 pound cooked, peeled prawns
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, chili sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Add prawns and toss to coat.
3. Serve in a cocktail glass, garnished with a lemon wedge, if desired.
